Our mission is single purpose. It’s to help entrepreneurs.
Define goals. Develop strategy. Take action. All of those can be overwhelming. We know. We’ve been there. That’s why we ask questions and take notes. Like you, we seek continuous improvement and understand this significance.
We encourage you to speak about whatever is important to you, even if that includes talking about your pooch’s Halloween costume or your recent holiday. We want to know the who and the why behind each entrepreneur.
You know your business better than anyone else. That’s why we listen more than we talk. And we’ve been told we’re good listeners. It’s a piece of our areti.
What is Areti?
The areti of something is said to be the the highest quality state it can reach. Using areti as a principle for living life means that you are focused on the quality of everything you do and experience. Avoid actions that lack areti. Take actions that focus on areti. This philosophy is what drives Areti in our everyday actions and is paramount to how we do business.

We are Entrepreneurs Too
If you’re a new entrepreneur, you may ask how do I set up QuickBooks or how/when do I have to file my company tax return? Don’t worry, our team includes people that are proficient in QuickBooks and numerous other pieces of accounting software, we also ensure your tax timeline is kept on track.
If you’re an experienced entrepreneur, maybe you’ve thought, “I need help managing my cash flows” or wondered if you should hire a new employee. We can guide you on these questions with as much or as little support as you require.
And no matter what type of entrepreneur you are, you’ve come to the right place. We’re entrepreneurs too and tackled the same questions that keep you up at night. Being an entrepreneurs to us means rolling up your sleeves and stepping outside of your comfort zone. We know it, we live it. Who do you think painted our office? Welded our table? Tiled our entryway? We did all of that and more with our own sweat equity, and understand this is all a component of the entrepreneurial spirit.
There is no one-size-fits all solution to your business needs. Not everyone fits nicely into a box. Are you blonde or brunette? Are you tall or short? Are you a small business or medium sized? Are you in retail or manufacturing? And on and on. But at Areti, we don’t believe in boxes. We know you and your business are unique.
We aren’t bean counters (unless you’re talking about chocolate-covered espresso beans…then we’ll count them and eat them). We don’t talk to you; we speak with you. We have a conversation. And we don’t use jargon, or acronyms, or slang, or buzzwords. We speak in plain English so you can easily explain the difference between a tax credit and tax deduction to your mother.
At Areti, we don’t want to do your books, but we will if you like. We want to help you build your legacy and success…something you can be proud of…something that sustains and that you can pass down to the next generation.
